The Training and Event Center (TEC) is a 45,000-square-foot that includes a 540-person capacity exhibit hall and a 320-person capacity open-air, roofed arena for livestock auctions and other events. The incubator helps minorities and people from low socioeconomic statuses start food and beverage companies, with a physical food hall space coming to 219 Fayetteville St. FD, a virtual food hall & ghost kitchen, serves as an incubator for many start-up. The campus includes a Training and Event Center (TEC), a Food and Family Resource Center (FFRC), and an incubator farm.
